Food Scientist Bio

Bradley Wardrop-Brown is a qualified Food Scientist and former Executive Chef , Member of the Australian Institute of Packaging and Food Technology Association of Australia. He previously worked with Simplot Australia as a Projects Manager- Quality & Innovation, involved in the development of the successful range of Leggo’s products such as Leggo’s “Stir-through”, Leggo’s Cooking Sauces and the Birdseye “Create-a-Meal” products as well as development of the packaging for multi-award winning Birdseye Steam Fish and Leggo’s Pasta Meals products.

Currently Bradley and his wife Louise have their own consultancy company “BOI Food Tech & Packaging” providing product, packaging and process development services to the food industry With clients such as SPC Ardmona, PZ Cussons ( Rafferty’s Garden Infant Foods), Unilever and Sigma Pharmaceuticals  as well as smaller to medium FMCG companies Bradley has extensive experience in Health, Infant Nutrition and Weight Management segments of the food industry.
